Privacy Policy — HabitTracker Light

The short version

HabitTracker Light does not collect your data. There is no account, no server, and no

analytics. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.

What the app stores

The app saves the following on your device only:

• The habits you create — their names, goals, units and schedules
• Your daily progress on each habit
• Your reminder times
• Your app settings, including the name you choose to be greeted by

This is kept in the app's own storage on your iPhone. It is never transmitted anywhere.

What the app does not do

To be specific, because these claims are easy to make and rarely detailed:

• No network connection. The app contains no networking code. It cannot send your data

anywhere, because it has no way to send anything at all.

• No analytics or tracking. No usage statistics, no crash reporting, no advertising

identifiers, no third-party SDKs of any kind.

• No account. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile on any server. The name you

can set in Settings is stored on your device and used only to greet you.

• No advertising. The app shows no ads and shares nothing with advertisers.
• No health data. The app does not read from or write to Apple Health.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app asks permission to send you notifications. These are

scheduled and delivered entirely by your iPhone — no reminder passes through any server,

and the app is not told anything about you in return.

You can withdraw this permission at any time in Settings › Notifications.

Device backups

If you have iCloud Backup or encrypted computer backups turned on, your iPhone may include

this app's data in those backups. Those backups are made and protected by Apple under

Apple's own privacy policy. The developer has no access to them.

Children

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app from your iPhone removes all of its data. Because nothing is stored

elsewhere, there is nothing else to request, export or erase. Note that data may persist in

an existing device backup until that backup is replaced or deleted.

Changes

If a future version of the app collects or transmits anything — for example if syncing

across devices is added — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and

the effective date above will change.
